Book Bonanza at Review Bookshop, Peckham 

As part of World Book Day celebrations, some of our Year 9 students were gifted with free books, sponsored by UK booksellers. 

We were delighted that local booksellers, Review Bookshop, offered our student librarians and top readers a treat to visit their local shop here in Peckham to choose first-hand the book that they would like to read.

"Intriguing book covers, electric displays, wonderful smell and friendly staff," said one of our top readers, Favour, "It was fun to see so many different types of books. Our book wish lists have gotten even longer now!"

We also want to say a big thank you to Review Bookshops for donating extra books from previous years to our Academy, which we are happily putting into our Library right now.
