Visit to the British Library
Our Thursday 15th October some of our Year 10 and 11 students visited the British Library. The students undertook a workshop on digital research.
The workshop commenced with a tour of the British Library. We saw a variety of wonderful exhibitions and pieces of art, which we were encouraged to come back and see at a later date, without the restriction of time.
Mhiari, the workshop leader, kindly offered to help the Citizenship students with their campaign.
Our students worked really hard on the tasks set by our workshop leader. They were taught about ways of searching the Internet in order to achieve better results for the purpose of research and how to present their findings.
