Laura Turner Visit

On Tuesday 5th July Peckham welcomed GB sprinter Laura Turner. The day consisted of sprint and relay training for our boys and girls. Additionally, Laura provided an assembly for all participants outlining the demands on an athlete mentally, physically and emotionally. This was an extremely rewarding experience for students as they were able to gain an understanding of the dedication required to compete at an elite level whilst studying for a university degree.
