Yr 8 King's Scholars had an exciting workshop day! They practiced suturing bananas and designed 3D containers to protect eggs in an engineering workshop. MyKindaCrowd TCS Computer Carers Workshop

The MyKindaCrowd TCS Computer Carers Workshop at Harris Academy, Peckham was a great success.  Here are some comments on the day from one of the organisers.

“This was a truly fun day for me at Harris Academy on the 11th June 2015.  I was extremely impressed by the students from years 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 that I had the pleasure to lead in the workshop, and their contributions to discussion and focus throughout the session was fantastic.

The students worked very hard from the moment we started and they seemed genuinely engaged with the TCS workshop and what TCS had to offer. The work they produced was of a really high standard and their ideas were so innovative. It’s incredible some ideas are not already being implemented. 

I'd also like to give a big thank you to all the staff present. They made me feel welcome, and were always on hand whenever I needed them. The level of attention to detail and creativity shown by the students is a testament to all their hard work.

The winning team made up of the following students Marvellous Afamafune; Princess Sebastiao; Jenny Hoang; Peter Gabriel; Andrei Dima; Tyler Wright; Aysha Uddin; Kim Ofori-Darko were called: Take Exam
