Pilgrims from Taize visit our year 10s

On Wednesday 11 March 2 pilgrims from Taize France came to meet our Year 10 students and discuss the Ecumenical values of a life as monks and working in an interdependent community. Students asked a plethora of questions in particular regarding the challenges of living a non-materialistic lifestyle. A large group will be visiting Taize themselves in the summer term as part of an Educational visit; a fantastic opportunity to discuss issues in RE with people from around the world.
