Dragons Den Competition

On Friday 7th July Year 10 Business Studies students at Harris Academy Peckham battled it out to show off their business acumen and presentation skills in a Dragons Den style competition. Each group had to come up with an idea for a social enterprise and present it in front of a panel of carefully selected judges. Last year’s winning team member, Sankalp, grilled the teams on their business ideas which elicited some excellent and well thought out responses. The quality of the presentations and the delivery by all the students was excellent. Special mention must be made to the top three groups; they were really outstanding. These students excelled in their originality, creativity and business acumen. Siobhan, Sedricka, and Divine’s group are very worthy winners and I sincerely believe thanks to them, Harris Academy Peckham is going to retain this prestigious title at the Annual Harris Federation Dragons Den competition on the 19th July!
