Year 8 Rugby Tournament

On Wednesday 4 March the Year 8 boys Rugby team attended the Hayes school invitational Rugby 7’s tournament playing against a range of schools with a large rugby playing background. The team worked extremely well together and stepped up to progress through the tournament. After the group stage the team moved into the plate competition against two other schools (Harris Greenwich and St Columbus) they won their first match against Harris Greenwich 10-5 and finished with a nail-biting 15-0 win over St Columbus to win the plate tournament. The players worked extremely well and were extremely proud to come back to school with a trophy.
