British Film Institute Visit - 9th February 2017

On Thursday 9th February 21 Year 8 and 9 students enjoyed exploring short clips in Spanish today during the morning session. I think it was great that they develop their understanding of cinema technical language and various techniques to analyse a film. Also, students really enjoyed taking part in drama-related activities, using some Spanish on the stage and re-enacting a specific scene form one of the clips.
During the afternoon we watched “Zipi  y Zape y el club de la canica”, a film that explores the difficult relationship between adolescents and adults.
