Bank of Tokyo Visit
On Tuesday 24th May 15 Year 8 and 9 students visited the Bank of Tokyo and had an overview of the City of London and its prominent role within the UK Financial Services Industry. Following this, they had a tour of several departments and got to meet a number of bank employees. The students were lucky enough to have the opportunity to ask questions such as what skills they would need to be able to work for the bank, the range of roles it offers and the industry at large. They also received important advice on how to succeed at school and achieve success in their future professional careers. A particular highlight was being able to meet the EMEA CEO of the Bank and ask him questions on how he achieved his professional success. The visit concluded with groups of pupils preparing a recruitment campaign and delivering this to fellow pupils and the bank staff.
