Imperial College Trip

On Monday 21st March 11 Year 12 students visited Imperial College. Students had the opportunity to try some of the practicals required for AS Biology. They showed excellent skills while carrying out gel electrophoresis to identify an unknown protein. In addition, the students were the only ones to correctly identify a selection of unknown drugs using thin layer chromatography.
